Tak ořechovku zná snad každý. Tedy pálenku, ve které se macerují zelené plody ořešáku. My jsme našli starý recept na nakládané ořechy. Proces je poněkud zdlouhavý, ořechy se musí mnoho dní luhovat ve vodě, než jsou připravené na zpracování, během této doby chytnou temně černou barvu. Zaléváme je sirupem s přídavkem vanilky a dalšího koření.
Zelené ořechy (Juglans regia L.) 45%, cukr, voda, vinný ocet, pravá vanilka, koření.
Bezchlebova rodinná konzervárna Via Delicia ze Zábřehu je malá manufaktura, kterou tvoří 10 zaměstnanců. Produkty vyrábí z velké části ručně z poctivých surovin a konzervují do tradičních patentních sklenic značky Weck.
